Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, EMF does not ship outside of the contiguous United States of America.

 

What do I need to provide you with in order to receive a quote/bid?

Please provide us with a legible product drawing (in PDF format), desired quantity, desired lead time (if applicable), and any other product specifications.

 

Does EMF offer payment terms?

All first orders with EMF are automatically placed as C.O.D. Credit applications are available upon request and may take up to 2 weeks to process. See our full Sales Terms and Conditions.

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover and charge a 3% transaction fee for each order charged to credit card. We also accept checks. Inquire with us about EFT payments (only for customers with established credit line with EMF).

 

Do you have a quality system in place?

Yes, since 2010 EMF has been registered ISO 9001 by Great Western Registrar, LLC (now PRI), an ANAB-accredited certifying body. We complete annual audits to maintain this certification. As of October 2016, EMF has successfully transitioned to ISO 9001:2015. See Customer page for certificate.

 

Do you design custom work for your customers?

No, we do not do any custom designing. All of our products are manufactured per customer design and specifications.

 

Do you qualify for our Small Business program?

We participate with many government contracting agencies as a Small Business concern. Please contact us so that we may direct you to our SAM.gov profile.
